The third {virtual} VSMcon — now a two-day event discussing all things value stream — is set for Nov. 3-4 and will feature a host of sessions and workshops to help attendees improve their knowledge of value stream management and begin to implement it at their jobs.
The first day offers keynotes and breakout sessions from such notables as Chris Condo, research analyst at Forrester; Helen Beal of the VSM Consortium; consultant, author and Personal Kanban creator Jim Benson; Gary Rupp, author of “Driving DevOps with Value Stream Management”; and consultant Steve Pereira, who is focused on mapping techniques and the human side of technology.
Each session is about 20 minutes long, giving the conference more of a feel of binge-watching your favorite shows on streaming networks, with plenty of breaks built in to grab a coffee, answer some emails, network with other attendees and visit the sponsor booths in the virtual exhibit hall.
Day 2 will be hands-on workshops that will teach you the tricks and techniques for implementing value stream management in your organization. There is a cost to attend the workshops, while Day 1 is free to attend.
Once again, ConnectALL is the charter sponsor of the event, along with HCL Software as the premier sponsor and Allstacks as the supporting sponsor.
There’s still time to register at the VSMcon website.
